One of my favorite all time past times is just simply snapping away at all the little things that most tend to walk right by without even a glance. When I take in site seeing or a tour of anything I make sure the details and hidden treasures that some may not see come to life with my lens if only for me. I will admit that looking at the barns from a distant is easy to admire, but when you get up close and personal and actually get to storm through history like this it’s surely to wow you. This year’s tour certainly wowed me. To see more of my tour, please visit: https://vando.imagequix.com/gallery.html?id=999299K&eventid=1063-7320-0033#images
I really do admire the working farms and the hard working families that are still around today as well as those who support their local farmers. I will admit I never really paid it much attention until I moved to Marland 11 years ago. Several of the farms that I visited on the tour are still considered a working farm. Below you can see an artist painting ” The Big White Barn”, known as Carrollton Manor Farm.
